Syrah - PaladinThe Syrah from Paladin is a single-varietal red wine from the Annone Veneto growing region. In the glass, it is a deep ruby red with violet-blue highlights. An expressive and complex bouquet with berries (blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries), jam and elegant spices greets the nose. This Italian red wine is well-structured, harmonious and soft, with character and a beautiful balance of delicate acidity, intense fruit and velvety tannins. Vinification of the Paladin Syrah After the grapes are harvested, they are destemmed, crushed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The wine then matures and refines for nine months in French oak barrels before being bottled.
