Vinification of the Celler Hidalgo 1270 A Vuit PrioratQ The powerful 1270 A Vuit PrioratQ from Spain is a cuvée, organically produced from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Garnacha and Merlot. After hand-picking, the grapes are immediately brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation in small wooden barrels at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in barriques made of oak. Food recommendation for the Celler Hidalgo 1270 A Vuit PrioratQ This Spaniard is best enjoyed tempered at 15 - 18°C.
