Vinification of Cederberg Cabernet Sauvignon This balanced red wine from South Africa is vinified from the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are swiftly brought to the winery. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in small oak barrels at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by maturation for several months in French oak barriques.
