Prinsi Alta Langa DOCG Extra Brut 0,75 ℓ

The Alta Langa Extra Brut Spumante is produced by Prinsi, a farm that has existed for 3 generations, since the 1940s, when Ottavio Lequio began producing wine. The company mainly grows Nebbiolo grapes in vineyards located in the Barbaresco crus Gaia Principe, Gallina, Fausoni and Basarin. The grapes are vinified white. Fermentation takes place partly in steel tanks, partly in wooden barrels. The wine is made sparkling according to the classic method and ages on the yeasts for at least 30 months. Straw yellow in colour, it expresses aromas of raspberry and currant on the nose. The sip is fresh and pleasant, with good persistence. Ideal as an aperitif and paired with starters, white meats and fish.
