Vinification of Käfer Blauer Zweigelt The balanced Blauer Zweigelt from Austria is a pure varietal wine, vinified from the Zweigelt grape variety. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine matures for several months on the fine lees before it is finally drawn off.
