Cool, reserved nose of slate, herbs, dry yeast pastries and some yellow stone fruit. Clear and delicately juicy, invigoratingly fresh with a little pull, very animating and vibrant aromas of peach, yellow plum, herbs, slate again and some salty minerality, firm body with backbone and upright posture, rich in extract, precise and full of tension, some extract sweetness is added to the finish and the stony minerality becomes more and more powerful and compressed, whereby the fruit does not disappear but moves along on the stone, the tension remains, long finish with herbs and extract sweetness, an intense stony note that creates another twist to the salty, the yellow fruit becomes more tart, everything deep and lasting.
