The maturation period on the lees ranges from 24 to 30 months.It displays a pale straw yellow color in the glass. On the nose, intriguing notes of dried figs and almonds emerge, followed by hints of puff pastry, marshmallow, and honey. The palate is surprising for its soft and generous sip, with fresh aromas of ripe fruit.Excellent for a summer aperitif, it pairs perfectly with snacks and finger food.
