Vinification of the Hovaz Wines Areni Rosé This rosé clearly focuses on a single grape variety, namely Areni. Only first-class grape material was used for this wonderfully balanced varietal wine from Hovaz Wines. After the grape harvest, the grapes are brought to the press house as quickly as possible. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months on the fine lees before finally being bottled.
