The grapes grow under optimal conditions in Catalonia. The vines here dig their roots deep into soils of clay and limestone. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. Here they are selected and carefully crushed. Then fermentation takes place in small wood at controlled temperatures. At the end of fermentation, the 3055 Merlot Petit Verdot is aged for 5 months in French oak barrels.
