A highly selective hand-picking, grape sorting, and partial destemming by hand, as well as a traditional maceration with gentle punching down of the mash cake, form the basis of this sophisticated Pinot Noir. Delicate aromas of dark berries such as blackberry and black cherry are evident on the nose. Light roasted notes and a hint of spice and mint lead to a mineral finish. This finely balanced Pinot Noir.
