Finado Pinot Bianco DOC - Cantina Andrian

Finado represents the delicate structure of an alpine Pinot Blanc from limestone. It thrives perfectly at the higher elevations of Missian at 300–500 meters on limestone soil interspersed with angular white dolomite rock, which perfectly preserves the fresh fruit. The goal is a finely fruity Pinot Blanc with balanced structure and vibrancy, fully fermented, with spice and a subtle pungency.
