Ilatium Morini Le Calle Soave DOC 0,75 ℓ

Soave Le Calle from Ilatium Morini is produced in vineyards located in Mezzane di Sotto and Valle d'Illasi, in the province of Verona.The pure Garganega grapes are dried for 12 days and then macerated in the press for 12 hours. The must is clarified and fermented in stainless steel at 15°C for 20-25 days.It is characterised by a golden yellow color. On the nose, it reveals aromas of yellow flowers, honey, and dried apricot. The palate is broad and structured, with long persistence.Excellent with substantial fish and shellfish dishes.
