Alta Langa DOCG Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosé - Giuseppe Contratto

The Blanc de Blancs is the most limited edition of the Contratto spumante. Giorgio Rivetti produces just under 12,000 bottles of this magnificent spumante, which he vinifies using the champagne method. The grapes come from the Alta Langa at an altitude of 830 meters. The harvest takes place at the end of August, and the spumante ages on its lees in the bottle for four years. Color: sparkling light yellow, fine perlage. Aroma: delicate nose with aromas of ripe white fruit. Palate: very dry, powerful, fresh acidity, mineral.
