Oddero Poderi e Cantine Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 0,75 ℓ

Langhe Nebbiolo is produced by Poderi Oddero, a winery with a long family tradition, which has been producing wines in the Langa for decades. The pure Nebbiolo grapes are carefully selected by hand before proceeding to fermentation at a controlled temperature, with maceration for about 15 days in steel tanks. The wine then ages in oak barrels for a few months. Ruby in color, the nose reveals aromas of violets, cherries and plums, with fine spicy notes. The sip has a good body and a good persistence. To be combined with pasta with meat sauce, meat risotto and stewed red meats.
