Trento Riserva Brut 36 Mesi by Bonconsey is a high-quality sparkling wine, made exclusively from grapes grown on the high hills of Vallagarina, an area particularly well-suited for the cultivation of Chardonnay, the only variety used in this wine.Vinification is carried out with temperature-controlled white winemaking, followed by a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Traditional Method. The wine then matures for 36 months on its own lees, gaining complexity and character.It presents a straw yellow color, enhanced by slight golden reflections and a continuous, persistent perlage. On the nose, fruity notes emerge along with hints of yeast and bread crust. The palate is fresh, full, and harmonious.This Trentodoc is perfect throughout the meal and pairs beautifully with fish appetizers and shellfish.
