Unshackled Unshackled California AVA Cabernet Sauvignon 0,75 ℓ

The Unshackled red wine from The Prisoner winery was born in California, in vineyards located in Monterey County, North Coast, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Lodi. It consists of Cabernet Sauvignon and other red grapes, which are pressed and vinified at a controlled temperature. The wine then ages for 9 months in American and French wooden barrels. Ruby red in color, it expresses aromas of black fruits, cloves and aromatic herbs on the nose. The sip is full-bodied and structured, with soft tannins and good persistence. Excellent in combination with baked pasta and grilled red meats.
