The Barbaresco di Bel Colle is born in vineyards particularly suited for the growth of Nebbiolo grapes. At the end of the harvest operations, the best bunches are fermented with a maceration on the skins for 10 days. Subsequently the wine is aged for about 24 months in oak barrels and ends with 6 months in the bottle. It has a garnet color and a bouquet of red flowers, morello cherry and delicate spicy notes. The sip is structured, with velvety tannins. To combine with game, braised or roasted meats.
