Giuseppe Cortese Langhe DOC Nebbiolo 0,75 ℓ

Giuseppe Cortese's Langhe Nebbiolo comes from the youngest vineyards in the Rabajà area, the area of choice for Barbaresco. It is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels and for a further 6 months in bottle, before being marketed. This Langhe Nebbiolo has a bright garnet red color. The nose opens with intense and elegant hints of sweet spices, enriched with notes of cherry and red fruits. On the palate it is dry and fresh, with well integrated tannins. Perfect to accompany first courses with meat sauce, grilled and stewed meats, this red wine is ideal in combination with mushroom risotto and aged cheeses.
