Its profile unveils a tense and vertical character, underpinned by a distinct minerality connected to the volcanic soils and a well-defined structure.Where does it come from?The grapes come from alberello-trained vineyards located in Sant’Alfio, on the eastern side of Mount Etna. Here, the lava-based soils are rich in volcanic minerals, a quality found in the glass through saline sensations and a dry, coherent flavor profile true to its origin.How is it made?After harvest, the grapes undergo gentle pressing to preserve their aromatic integrity. Fermentation is followed by aging on the lees for at least six months in barriques and tonneaux made of French oak and acacia, using new wood and wood of the second and third passage.
