Bernard-Bonin Bourgogne Blanc Initial B.B

From vineyards in between Meursault and Puligny, situated on the altitude of around 230m. Grapes are hand harvested and gently pressed. The resulting wines are matured sur lie in oak barrels for 15 to 18 months with minimal bâtonnage. The wines are racked from their lees just before bottling, in synchronization with the lunar calendar, to ensure a naturally limpid and stable state, and thus avoiding fining and Filtration.
