Vinification of Brandini's R56 Barolo This powerful red wine from Italy is organically produced from the Nebbiolo grape variety. After harvesting, the grapes are immediately brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation in large wooden vats at controlled temperatures follows. After fermentation, the wine is aged for several months in oak barrels. Food recommendation for Brandini R56 Barolo This Italian should ideally be enjoyed at a temperature of 15 - 18°C. It is perfectly suited as an accompaniment to vegetable couscous with beef meatballs, boeuf bourguignon or goose breast with ginger red cabbage and marjoram.
