Toscana Podere Sassaie by Fattoria di Petreto is a white wine that skilfully combines Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris, Semillon and Chenin Blanc. Produced from vineyards grown on limestone, clay and sedimentary rock soils, with east and north-east exposure. It embodies the winemaking tradition of Tuscany. The harvest is manual with delicate pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks for approximately 20/25 days, followed by refinement on fine yeasts in the same tanks for six months. Visually, it presents a straw yellow color. On the nose, it reveals a bouquet rich in tropical and citrus aromas. On the palate, it stands out for its great flavor, expressing character, momentum and elegance, culminating in a long and mineral finish. This wine pairs beautifully with fish and seafood dishes, as well as with fresh cured meat platters, enhancing the richness of the flavors with its freshness.
