The fruity components of the bouquet are joined by aromas from barrel aging such as light tobacco, dark chocolate and licorice. This Italian red wine delights with its elegantly dry flavor profile and a vibrant acidity, which, together with firm tannins, gives it good aging potential. Vinification of the Dolce & Gabbana Tancredi Rosso Terre Siciliane from Donnafugata The powerful Dolce & Gabbana Tancredi from Italy is a cuvée, vinified from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Nero d'Avola and Tannat. After the harvest, the grapes are quickly brought to the winery. There they are selected and gently crushed. Fermentation then takes place in large wooden vats for 14 days at controlled temperatures. After fermentation is complete, the Dolce & Gabbana Tancredi is aged for another 12 months in French oak barriques and, after bottling, matures for a further 2 years in the bottle.
