After assembly, the second fermentation is carried out by refermentation in the bottle followed by an aging of 18 months on its lees. Straw-yellow in color, it has a long-lasting minute perlage. It envelops the sense of smell with floral and mineral notes, supported by slight hints of hazelnut. On the palate the freshness and salinity are in perfect harmony with a slightly creamy consistency. Delicious appetizer, it is the perfect match for appetizers and seafood.
