Parent Bourgogne AOP Chardonnay 0,75 ℓ

The Bourgogne Chardonnay from the Parent domain is proof of how the Chardonnay grape can express itself in the clay-limestone soil of the Burgundy region. The care in the selection of the grapes and the winemaking techniques accentuate the distinctive quality of this wine. The manual harvest is followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels. The refinement continues for 10 months in the same containers. It stands out for its straw yellow color. The nose is broad and seductive, with notes of citrus, oak and green apple clearly emerging. On the palate the wine is fresh and fruity, offering a perfect balance between the various gustatory components. This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with shellfish, fish and fresh cheeses.
