Bottega's Distilled Dry Gin Bacûr is the result of the characteristic set of botanicals with which it is produced: juniper, sage and lemon peel, therefore of a long maceration in hydroalcoholic solution and a double distillation step that allows the production of a fine and clean gin. In the glass it takes on a typically transparent, limpid and crystalline color. The olfactory examination highlights intense notes ranging from juniper to lemon peel, reaching light shades of sage. On the palate it is soft, warm and balanced, with great gustatory cleanliness. Perfect gin to taste straight or to be included in the preparation of cocktails and long drinks.
