Terredora Terre degli Angeli Greco di Tufo DOCG 0,75 ℓ

The Greco di Tufo Terre degli Angeli of the Terredora winery was born in its own vineyards located in Santa Paolina, in the province of Avellino. It is produced entirely from Greco grapes harvested and selected by hand. The grapes are vinified with cold maceration, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel tanks. Subsequently the wine ages on fine lees in the same containers for a few months. The wine is characterized by an intense straw yellow colour. The nose opens with a bouquet of apricot, peach, apple, hints of vegetables and bitter almonds. On the palate it is elegant and structured, with a long aromatic persistence. It goes well with tasty fish cuisine, in particular with spaghetti allo scoglio, shellfish and grilled fish, as well as with fresh cheeses.
