Nativ Rue 333 Taurasi DOCG 0,75 ℓ

Taurasi Rue 333 is an emblematic wine for the production philosophy of Nativ, a pure Aglianico that comes from one of the most suitable places in Irpinia, Taurasi, vinified with innovative methods but always in full respect of a deep-rooted tradition. Once the harvest is finished, which takes place between the end of October and the first days of November, the must remains to macerate for 20 days with the skins and ferments with the help of only selected yeasts. The wine is brought into French oak barrels where it carries out malolactic fermentation, then it always ages in barrique for 36 months and in glass for another 12. It has a beautiful bright ruby red color in the glass. The nose expresses fruity hints of Maiatica cherry from Taurasi, enriched with elegant notes of licorice. In the mouth it is velvety and harmonious, on a delicately mineral background. Excellent in the company of red meats and game, it is perfect in combination with first courses with meat sauce.
