Our Trollinger Rosé fruity & sweet has a lovely character. It is a gentle wine with little alcohol and a balanced interplay of sweetness and acidity. A smell of fresh strawberries, wild cherries and raspberries is perceived on the nose. TRAINEE PROJECT: SUMMER COCKTAILS Our trainees Nicole and Nina-Zoe have set themselves the task of creating two delicious summer cocktails. The result is a fruity summer spritzer with our Trollinger Rosé and an alcohol-free summer cocktail with our ZERO non-alcoholic white wine. The cocktails have already passed the taste test among the employees. Convince yourself. Fruity summer spritzer Ingredients: 1 bottle of chilled Trollinger Rosé 200 ml sparkling water 500g strawberries 1 lemon ice cube Preparation: Wash the strawberries, quarter them and put them in a wine glass. Wash the lemon, cut into thin slices and add to the strawberries. Now pour the chilled Trollinger Rosé on the fruit and mix with a little sparkling water. Add ice cubes and enjoy!
