Banfi Rosa Regale Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG Magnum 1,5 ℓ, Geschenketui

The Rosa Regale by Banfi comes from grapes that come from the vineyards of the La Rosa estate, located in the municipality of Acqui Terme, in the heart of the historic area of Brachetto d'Acqui. It is obtained entirely with Brachetto grapes, subjected to a short maceration at low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in a pressurized tank, according to the Charmat Method, inside the cellars of Strevi. It appears of a light ruby red colour, with a pink foam rich in panache and a perlage of beautiful persistence. The scent is intense and aromatic, with persuasive hints of red fruits that leave room for elegant shades of Bulgarian rose. The palate is hinged on a marked softness and amiability, characterized by a great elegance and a finish that unfolds on tones of bitter almond and nutmeg. Excellent as a dessert, it is perfect in the company of fruit cakes, fruit salads and small pastries. It is particularly suitable in combination with fresh strawberries.
