Pinot Nero Giorgi is a sparkling white wine produced in the Oltrepò Pavese, an area long recognized for the quality of its grapes. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes vinified in white, it is a fresh and immediate expression of the territory, designed for those seeking a young, convivial, and versatile style.The winemaking process involves a gentle pressing of the grapes, from which only the free-run juice is extracted and immediately separated from the subsequent pressings. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, using selected yeasts to preserve the fragrance of the varietal aromas to the fullest.In the glass, it presents a pale straw yellow color with greenish highlights. The aroma is fresh, delicate, and clean, with fruity notes of apple and peach, while on the palate it is elegant, harmonious, and smooth, with good structure and long persistence.It pairs very well with appetizers, risottos, fish, shellfish, and is also ideal with pizza.
