Emiliana Valle Central Viognier Reserva DO 0,75 ℓ

Viognier Emiliana is an organic wine produced in Chile in the Central Valley. The vineyards grow on well-drained soils, with high fertility and alluvial origin. After fermentation, the wine ages 4 months for 85% in steel, while the remaining 15% in French oak barrels. Straw yellow in color of medium intensity, it has tropical notes of mango, apricot and lychee on the nose, with some fruity notes of jasmine. On the palate it is fleshy without lacking minerality, it remains enveloping and ensures a clean and elegant finish of medium duration. It accompanies grilled dishes marinated with spices and sauces, shellfish and white meats such as chicken and turkey.
