Brilla! stands out with its fresh, elegant, and immediately pleasant sparkling wines.The grapes, Glera and Pinot Noir, are gently pressed and the resulting must is stored in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The choice for the sparkling base is followed with care and attention by the oenologists, and the wine is placed in autoclaves, where the second fermentation takes place according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method.Light pink in color, it has an elegant and intense bouquet, with standout notes of acacia and aromas of small red fruits, like wild strawberries and currants. The sip is delicate and soft, with a fresh and balanced finish.Ideal as an aperitif, it also harmoniously accompanies fish-based dishes, soups, and light appetizers.
