Rully produces both white and red wines, but the white wine, always made from Chardonnay, dominates. Jadot vinifies his Côte Chalonnaise like a Côte d'Or Grand Cru, with barrel fermentation and 13 to 14 months of barrel aging. The result is high-quality, aromatic, and elegant.
