Augustali Terza Nota Terre Siciliane IGT Rosso 0,75 ℓ

The Terza Nota red wine by Augustali is born in vineyards located in the Monreale area, in the province of Palermo. It is produced from Nero d'Avola and Merlot grapes. The vinification takes place in thermo-controlled steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days. The wine subsequently ages in the same containers. Intense ruby red in colour, it reveals aromas of blackberry and cherry to the nose, with light notes of caper and spices. The sip is warm, with good structure and persistence. This red wine is perfect to accompany both red meats and tasty dishes based on octopus, cuttlefish and calamari.
