The Müller Thurgau by Adler von Klausen is a white wine obtained from the crossing of Riesling and Madeleine Royale, developed at the end of the 19th century by the Swiss botanist Hermann Müller. This wine is distinguished by its color that varies from greenish to straw yellow.The grapes are grown on sunny slopes at altitudes between 550 and 970 meters, on stony alluvial soils rich in diorite and quartz phyllite. The winemaking process involves gentle pressing, controlled temperature fermentation, and maturation on noble lees in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation.The nose of Müller Thurgau by Adler von Klausen offers an intense and distinctive aroma, with light hints of muscat and elderflower.
