Vinifcation of the Schug Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast This red wine is vinified in the style of a Villages from Burgundy. After hand harvesting Pinot Noir grapes from the Carneros, Sonoma County, North Coast, Mendocino County and North Coast growing regions, grapes are gently pressed. The mash is then fermented in stainless steel tanks. For subtle wood tones and tannins, this red wine is aged in large French oak barrels.
