Clear and delicately juicy, very fruit-driven on the palate with gooseberries, tart citrus, fresh pear with pastry and fresh herbs; a very assertive presence with power and backbone, lively and fresh with tension and drive, a slightly emerging salty minerality, very dry and tart, complex, with very fresh gooseberries with pear, apple, fresh herbs, and a hint of pastry on the finish.
