Dönnhoff Grauburgunder trocken

A classic Pinot Gris, dense and powerful, with a delicate herbal spice and pleasant acidity. Aging in wooden barrels gives it character without compromising the delicate aroma of the grapes. Grown on the hillsides of the Middle Nahe region, on volcanic weathered soils and loess clay. Fermentation and aging for approximately six months in a classic large German oak barrel.
