Vinification for the Montado VR by José Maria da Fonseca This cuvée is composed of the grape varieties Aragonês, Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet and Syrah. The vines for this one grow on slate soils. After harvesting, the grapes were macerated at a temperature of 28°Celsius and then aged for 4 months in American and French oak barrels.
