Vines were planted in the Ayler Kupp for the first time in the 1950s. These old vines produce highly concentrated and finely aromatic berries. The special feature of this vineyard is that the heat does its work on the hot stones during the day and the cool air moves up the mountain, causing the temperature to drop noticeably. This interplay between scorching heat during the day and cool night is the secret to the wine's intense aromatic expression. The wine from Ayler Kupp impresses with aromas of passion fruit and gooseberry on the nose, accompanied by a juicy melt. On the palate, acidity and fruit sweetness alternate harmoniously, creating a wonderful drinking flow.
