Le Bouquet - Boschendal

The composition captivates with a delicate sweetness and a fruity bouquet of pineapple and peach with spicy undertones and a lingering floral aroma. Exceptionally vibrant in character, it impresses with its perfect balance and fresh, fruity finish. 70% of the grapes were harvested by hand during the day, the rest at night to preserve the aromas. After pressing, the wine was chilled for two days and then fermented at relatively cool temperatures. The wine then aged in steel tanks until bottling.
