The wine is left on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks for around six months, which allows it to develop a beautiful depth of aroma. Intense notes of white flowers and a little candied lemon peel are present on the nose, and aromas of mandarin are added on the palate. It is very balanced with well-integrated acidity.
