Catena Zapata Chardonnay Adrianna White Bones

The White Stones brother also comes from Lot 1 of the Adrianna vineyard. It owes its name to the limestone and fossil-rich subsoil of the site, but its true secret lies in a small proportion of botrytis grapes, which provide additional aromatic tension in the wine. After fermentation in French oak barrels, it is aged for 12 to 16 months in barriques. The aromas include ripe fruit, apricot, white peach, Williams Christ, blossom honey, hazelnuts, and mineral rock notes. Very elegant on the palate, perfectly balanced, deep, and long. This is Grand Cru quality!
