The Dadá Art Wine n ° 3 of the Finca Las Moras company was born in vineyards located in San Juan de Cuyo, in the northern part of the renowned Argentine wine region of Mendoza. It is produced with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently, the wine ages in medium toasted French oak barrels, before being bottled. It has an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with a spicy and complex bouquet in which notes of pepper, cinnamon and licorice predominate, enriched with pleasant woody hints. On the palate it is full-bodied and structured, pleasantly spicy. This wine is perfect to accompany red meat main courses and game.
