The Vulcanus Tempranillo from Encomienda de Cervera is an organic red wine originating from Campo de Calatrava, a region with a strong geological identity thanks to its volcanic origins. Produced from Tempranillo grapes grown on the slopes of an ancient volcano, it expresses a bold and authentic character, resulting from the interaction between soil, climate, and grape variety.The winemaking process includes 4 months of aging in French oak barrels, which gives the wine structure and complexity. Cultivation follows sustainable practices in respect for the environment, adhering to the principles of bio-ecological agriculture, enhancing the uniqueness of the clayey volcanic soils.In the glass, it reveals a deep and intense red color.
