The Crémant du Jura Brut Rosé by Marcel Cabelier is an oenological jewel coming from the picturesque vineyards of the Jura, in particular from the Franche-Comté region, located between Burgundy and neighboring Switzerland. It is made up of only Pinot Noir grapes, the harvest of which involves a careful selection of the best bunches. This is followed by delicate pressing and fermentation with brief contact with the skins carried out at a controlled temperature of 18°C designed to preserve the characteristics of fruit and freshness. The wine is completed with refinement in steel tanks. It appears salmon pink in the glass and reveals a subtle and persistent perlage. It envelops the nose with hints of ripe red fruit, peony and spices. The entry to the palate is soft and velvety, with good creaminess, with a fresh and lively finish that invites you to the next sip. Excellent as an aperitif, it is perfect to combine with fruit desserts. Try it with a strawberry tart.
