Gin Only Ju is produced by the Opificio Numquam, based in Prato. It is an artisanal gin in which Tuscan juniper berries, biodynamic and organic alcohol and spring water are used. It has a full and velvety taste. It can be enjoyed both alone and used in mixology with quality tonics.
