It is the fruit of Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes from vines with an average age of 35 years. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks for 25-28 days. The wine ages for 16-18 months in half new oak barriques. In the glass it has a ruby red color. On the nose it releases notes of ripe cherry, blueberries and plums which fade into hints of coconut. In the mouth it is a fleshy and opulent wine, with soft and enveloping tannins. It pairs beautifully with red meats, feathered game and mature cheeses.
