Domaine de Savagny Crémant du Jura AOC Rosé Brut 0,75 ℓ

The Crémant Rosé Brut by Domaine de Savagny from Pinot Noir grapes grown in vineyards of the Jura wine region, in France-Comté. The pure Pinot Noir grapes are softly pressed. The must is vinified in thermo-regulated steel vats at 18°C and then made into the sparkling wine in the bottle according to the classic method. Salmon pink in color and with fine and persistent bubbles, the nose reveals intense aromas of peony, red fruits and spices. The sip is round and creamy, with a good aromatic length. Excellent as an aperitif, it can accompany desserts with strawberries, for example a tart.
